One Arrested in Vandalism Spree on West Canton Street
Boston Police arrested a Cambridge man for allegedly kicking driver's side mirrors on parked cars on West Canton Street on early on Sunday morning.
Boston Police arrested a Cambridge man for allegedly vandalizing parked cars on West Canton Street early on Sunday morning. Police responded to a report of vandalism on West Canton Street at 1:50 a.m. on December 2. While in the area, officers were flagged down by a witness near Aguadilla and Tremont Street. The witness told police he observed the suspect kicking driver’s side mirrors of parked cars on the odd number side of West Canton Street, then headed up Aguadilla Street. Officers observed nine vehicles vandalized on West Canton Street, according to their report. Officers located a man fitting the witness's description walking towards San Juan Street. Great News!!!! I live in the Back Bay and my mirror from my BMW was also ripped off the car. $1200.00 later it was fixed. I also called the police two weeks ago on Marlborough Street when I saw a young male turning mirrors the opposite way as he walked up Marlborough. Sure enough, with minutes, the Boston Police had him. Great police work by the BPD!! more ›
