Letter: Repairs at Harrison and Berkeley a Sore Spot in South End

South End resident William Toll writes about the ongoing construction at the intersection of Harrison and Berkeley in the South End.

Think about it rationally,.... there is no reason for this other than incompetence by the utilities and city employees.  I can't think of an excuse. Can you? The utility should pay local residents $…

A Jamaica Plain resident who had his laptop stolen traced it to a South End address, but what he found was not what he expected.

Fran Harrington, a Jamaica Plain resident, had not his first, not his second, but his third laptop stolen a few weeks ago when someone broke into his Greenough Avenue home. Considering he already had two laptops stolen, it's not surprising but Harrington decided to install GPS tracking software onto the machine.
