Pure Hair Design Comes to SoWa
Grand opening to coincide with First Friday Open Studios. Stylist's art will be featured.
After nearly seven years on Tremont Street, Pure Hair Design has moved to the funky climes of SoWa. Why? Co-owners Jenny Kisiel and Apryl Deluca cited the ever-evolving nature of life in the South End's premier arts district. They both love the art world - the dominant feature of the area - along with the up-and-coming vibe, unique happenings and the overall great neighborhood feel. Almost tripling their space didn't hurt either. Amazingly, the gorgeous 1,000-square-foot studio was masterfully built by Jenny's husband in record time. And the two women also feel safer in their move to Harrison Avenue. Already, the Boston Police have stopped in more than a few times to make sure everything is going well for them in their new digs.
