Man Arrested in South End for 9th Drunk Driving Offense
Police confronted Timothy Davidson of South Boston at the Mobil gas station on East Berkley Street in the South End on Saturday.
A South Boston man convicted of drunk driving eight times was arrested again in the South End on Saturday night for allegedly driving drunk again. Timonthy Davidson, 51, of South Boston was arraigned in court on Monday was held without bail and will remain behind bars until later this week, according to Suffolk County District Attorney Daniel F. Conley's office. Prosecutors are seeking to continue to hold him without bail as a "threat to the community."
