When I spotted aspiring model Jackie out and about in her adorable minidress on a recent balmy afternoon, I knew for certain summer is not yet over. She appeared effortlessly 'summer chic' with her high messy bun, Millau dress from LF, and high-heeled "bootie" espadrilles from TJ Maxx.
