Man Arrested in Brookline Robbery Previously Charged in South End Theft
Boston Police have arrested a suspect in the robbery and carjacking incident on Wednesday at the Beacon Street Star Market.
Three days after a man robbed a Brookline Beacon Street Star Market and carjacked an SUV from outside, Boston Police have him in custody. Brookline Police tweeted the following yesterday that an arrested was made by Boston Police before 3:15 p.m.: Breaking news .Arrest made, Boston PD has arrested the suspect from BRKL Star Mkt robbery & car jacking. Nothing else available now. Following the robbery, Brookline Police issued a warrant and wanted flier for Steven Lovering, who they say is homeless, and is often in the area near the New England Center for Homeless Veterans at 17 Court Street or the area of Washington and School Streets in downtown Boston.
