Pops Restaurant, near the intersection of Clarendon and Tremont streets, serves new takes on American cuisine, with such entrees as beer-braised mussels and butternut squash ravioli. In addition to a large selection of wines, Pops uses organic ingredients, including meat containing no antibiotics and fish from renewable sources. Pops has a large selection of wines and does a weekend brunch. Its Greenhouse Dining Room is available for private parties.
