Originally opened on Charles Street in 1999, owner and antique dealer Russ Gerard recently relocated his gallery to the more spacious SoWa location. One of the more eclectic SOWA offerings, Gurari offers a museum-quality collection of antiquarian and contemporary arts from the 17th century up to present time. According to the staff, the space celebrates the meeting of art and science as played out in architecture, urbanism, fantasy and all sorts of unusual objects.
