The South End branch of the Boston Sports Club prides itself on being a neighborhood gym. The complex is comprehensive, offering various steppers, cycles, free weights and Stairmaster and Smith machines. Classes offered include conditioning, cardio kickboxing, spin, Zumba, yoga and Pilates. Club members receive four hours of classes a month for free. The gym regularly raises money for local charities.
