Free Walk about the Greek Community in the South End

On Monday July 30th USES has rescheduled our exploration of the Greek community.  Join my postman Chris Kostaras who grew up here when it was a Greek neighborhood for a walk down memory lane.  The meeting point is 6 pm at the St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church on Union Park Street between Shawmut and Washington Sts.

USES walks are free and open to all.  They proceed at an easy pace that anyone can handle.  We limit participation to 20 folks so please sign up with Katy at devintern@uses.org. We welcome well behaved dogs but you may want to leave Fido at home if you plan to join Chris at the optional dinner afterwards.  We only do walks when it is not raining.  If the walk needs to be cancelled you will be notified via email on the day of the event.
