Massachusetts officials are making a last-ditch effort to save the state's broken health insurance website.

Gov. Deval Patrick on Monday announced the state hired hCentive to revamp its Massachusetts Health Connector website, which has been plagued by technical glitches, according to the Boston Herald. The glitches have been so bad that many have had to fill out paper forms, the Boston Globe reported.

State officials earlier this year dropped CGI, the company that launched the health connector website—as well as the HealthCare.gov website, the federal portal that notoriously featured technical problems, too. Patrick earlier this year said the state was considering suing CGI.

The hope is that hCentive can fix the website in time for the open enrollment period, which starts November. If hCentive fails to fix the website, state officials will use HealthCare.gov, the Herald reported.

The MOST Progressive states, MA, CT, and OR, have totally screwed up the health care sites they tried to build. * * * The MOST Progressive PotUS in history has utterly failed to get anything correct. The economy disaster; foreign policy is totally feckless; The USA is no longer respected- or feared. * * * The common factor is the Progressive Left, who cannot build anything, but only TAX & SQUANDER - - - TIME FOR A BIG CHANGE

How nice and refreshing to look forward to a fundamentalist response to the corporate corruption in healthcare, banking, and higher education! It will be so "innovative" to have a government that protects us from science, reveres a concept of marriage antediluvian to 1960, and concentrates all taxes on the poor while cutting schools, transit, and the infrastructure that might transform the nation of Henry Ford beyond the Chinese and Russian Plutocracy.

Immigrants are the cause of these problems! There way of life, having tons of babies is driving up the cost of healthcare and our taxes to house them and their sec 8 vouchers!

Americans have been saying that since the Iroquois. And with as little meaning or value.

That's funny I don't see any countries in Africa or South America that have a high standard of living like Europe or European America does!
