Police: Fight Reported Outside of Rosie's Place

Officers are looking into a fight that happened on Friday.

The following information was supplied by the Boston Police Department. Charges listed do not indicate convictions. 

Officers are looking into an assault and battery in front of Rosie's Place.

Boston Police responded to a report of a fight out side of Rosie’s Place at 889 Harrison Avenue at 7:10 p.m. on Friday, July 5.

Officers arrived and could not find the victim of an assault. The caller first stated that they had been stabbed, but recanted this when EMS arrived.

The victim told police that someone who lives at the Pine Street Inn and their companion from Rosie’s Place punched them.

Officers tried to locate the suspects, but were unsuccessful. This issue is ongoing.
