Wind Turbine Warranty -What Next ?
Massachusetts : Charlestown, Fairhaven & Scituate have gear driven Sinovel megawatt wind turbines.    In the past two days the stock has dropped to penny stock value. There is a strong information the company will be delisted from the stock exchange soon.   It wasn't that long ago the Canadian wind turbine company AAER fell to the same fate. The Town of Portsmouth, Rhode Island had their commercial megawatt turbine fail after only two years and still remains broken with no repairs in sight. The turbine was located at the Portsmouth High School.   AAER went bankrupt what happens to the warranty of the four Sinovel wind turbines in Massachusetts?   AAER and Sinovel wind turbines companies also share a common bond. Both companies have turbines licensed from a German wind company called  Fuhrländer. The plans were from the year 2005 gear driven Fuhrländer wind turbine.   Today the question is what happens to the warranty of the Sinovel wind turbines in Massachusetts. The AAER wind turbine in Rhode Island sits broken today because that company went bankrupt.   American Superconductor Corporation, AMSC a Massachusetts company has major problems with Sinovel wind turbine comany.    http://www.businessweek.com/news/2014-01-14/sinovel-wind-falls-after-china-regulatory-probe-shanghai-mover

The stock has lost more than 80 percent of its value since 2010. The stock has dropped another over ten percent in two days. The US Justice Department has charged the company with stealing stealing proprietary software from AMSC. Don't think this company will be around for twenty years http://finance.yahoo.com/news/chinese-regulator-probes-sinovel-power-083324123.html
