RED ALERT WARNING ABOUT THESE PEOPLE

Apparently Karen Nash no longer owns the company. As of the end of July 2013, I have heard nothing but horror stories about the establishment. Over the last few years I have met many of the dog walkers that worked there. They all quit. There is a huge turn over, to the point, it seemed sometimes that a different person would bring the dogs to the park. I am not the only one who has noticed this. The most recent incident involved one of the dogs throwing up all day and the new owner Greg, did not want to notify the owner. Along with this, they hired a very nice young girl who was in tears more than a few times after Greg yelled at her on the phone, which I could hear, and in their office from what she told me. I told her to start looking for another job, two weeks in, new ownership, and they have in tears...time to move on. Also, apparently the new owner Greg said something about never allowing clients, the dog owners, to view the office, because they wouldn't want to use them any more. Now I know most of this is hear-say, but because it is so much, I suggest people ask around ALOT before using this company, and if in the South End, walk by and look in at their office. I have also witnesses the owner screaming at his wife, one of the new employees not paying attention to any if the dogs while on the phone almost the whole time at the park, Peters Park, and just the other day a cute little black lab puppy came in, with no tags; license, rabbis or ID tag. They didn't even know the dogs name. PLEASE be careful with these people, my dog is my baby and I wouldn't want anyone else's baby to spend one second at their office or with one of their walkers!!!
