World Spay Day ARL Twitter Chat

2/25 is World Spay Day

The Animal Rescue League of Boston is celebrating the 20th anniversary of World Spay Day by hosting a Twitter Chat with the ARL’s Director of Veterinary Services, Dr. Edward Schettino.
Dr. Schettino will answer your questions about spay and neuter and share common myths/facts.

At the Animal Rescue League of Boston, a large portion of the companion animals at our shelters come from unplanned litters of kittens and puppies. Spay/neuter represents one of the most humane ways to lessen the number of homeless animals in our communities. Though the surgery comes with low risks, many still need convincing.

If you have a friend that is on the fence about spay/neuter, we hope you’ll tell him/her to join our Twitter Chat to get all of the important answers.

To participate in the conversation, follow the ARL on Twitter (@arlboston) and submit your questions using the hashtag #ARLAskaVet. You can submit questions real time or in advance.
