Handel and Haydn Society will bring violinists
Lena Wong (金莉文) and Jane Starkman to perform a family-friendly recital and
introduction to Historically Informed Performance at the Boston Chinatown
Neighborhood Center. Duo violin music by Leclair and Mozart (popular
selections from The Magic Flute) are on tap for this fun-filled
program. Perfect for all ages, the concert with include demonstrations
comparing the modern violin and the violin from centuries ago, and it will
conclude with a special surprise for Chinese New Year.
