Does your little one know their downward dog from their friend Fido? This will be a fun, interactive class that allows mothers to gently practice yoga while also engaging little ones in basic yoga postures and songs! Class run by Mary George.
Yoga Starz is for children 3-5 years old. If you have little ones under 3, please look into our Mommy and Me yoga programs, Monday at 9:00am (crawlers) and Tuesday at 1:00pm (non-crawlers).
Cost is $160 for 8 weeks.
