Does your little one know their downward dog from their friend Fido? This will be a fun, interactive class that allows mothers to gently practice yoga while also engaging little ones in basic yoga postures and songs! Class run by Jess Meyer.
Our Tuesday 1:00pm class is for non-crawlers. If your little one is constantly on the move, please look into our Monday 9:00am class with Jessica Karam. OR if you have children in the 3-5yr range, we suggest you try our Yoga Starz program Tuesdays at 4:00pm with Mary George.
Cost is $160 for 8 weeks.
