Does your little one know their downward dog from their friend Fido? This will be a fun, interactive class that allows mothers to gently practice yoga while also engaging little ones in basic yoga postures and songs! Class run by Jessica Karam.
Our Monday 9:00am class is for crawlers (~2yrs). If your little one hasn't learned to crawl yet, please look into our Tuesday 1:00pm class for babies with Jess Meyer. OR if you have children in the 3-5yr range, we suggest you try our Yoga Starz program Tuesdays at 4:00pm with Mary George.
Cost is $160 for 8 weeks.
