Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra Preview Concert

The Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra (BPYO), conducted by Benjamin Zander, presents a free Preview Concert, featuring repertoire to be performed later this month in their Symphony Hall Debut Performance:

Beethoven's Egmont Overture
Elgar's Cello Concerto with soloists Leland Ko and Rainer Crosett
Strauss's Ein Heldenleben.


BPYO consists of 117 young musicians, ages 12-21, who come from Boston and throughout New England for weekly rehearsals at the Franklin Institute.
