Frank Hamm Joins Hammond Residential South End Office

Chestnut Hill, MA – October 29, 2013 – Dave Stenberg, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s South End office, is pleased to announce that sales associate Frank Hamm has affiliated with Hammond. In his new role, Hamm will assist clients from Hammond’s South End office located at ATELIER 505, 10 Berkeley Street.

Hamm is a Weston native who has a deep understanding of Boston and the surrounding areas, having resided in the Back Bay and South End neighborhoods with his wife and two children. A fan of art and architecture since attending St. Lawrence University, in his spare time Hamm enjoys woodworking, bird hunting, travelling, and working on his classic Land Rover. Hamm is an active community member with an interest in the preservation of South End green spaces. He and his family volunteer at the Haley House garden plot, and he recently donated one of his handmade rustic benches to Dartmouth Green, a renovated park on Dartmouth Street.

Prior to his career real estate, Hamm worked in Boston’s financial sector. His longtime interest in fine residences, properties, and woodworking led him to establish his own company, Rustic Builder, where he designs and creates custom furnishings and garden structures.

Frank brings a high spirit and positive attitude to his new career in real estate. He is inspired by the collaborative process and looks forward to building relationships with his real estate clients.
