Pet of the Week: Wiley, an American Bulldog Mix

Think this dog is cute? He's available for adoption at the Animal Rescue League in the South End.

MEET WILEY!

Wiley is a handsome and very sweet 2 year-old neutered male American bulldog mix who was brought to the ARL due to landlord restrictions. He is such a happy boy with a smile on his face all the time! He is a playful guy who loves to play fetch with his toys, go on long walks with his humans, and just run around having fun. Ideally, he’d love a fenced in yard to play safely in.

Wiley is very people friendly and gets along with other dogs after a proper introduction. He does not particularly like to share his toys with other dogs, so he may do best as the only dog at home or maybe with a tolerant canine housemate. Although he lived with a cat in his original home, he could sometimes play a little rough so cats may prefer not to live with him.

Wiley is one smart boy! He has been learning alot about basic training here at the shelter and knows a lot of cues like sit, down, stay, drop and has also been learning how to go into a crate and seems to enjoy it.  If you think Wiley is the boy for you, come down to meet him today!
