The P.A.I.N Research Group of Boston Children's Hospital is looking for healthy kids and teens to participate in a brain imaging study at BCH in Waltham.
Your child may be eligible if he/she is:
• Healthy
Find out what's happening in South Endwith free, real-time updates from Patch.
• Not currently on any medications or drugs
• School-aged to young-adults (8-18 yrs)
Find out what's happening in South Endwith free, real-time updates from Patch.
• Right-handed
• Does not have any metal implants (e.g. braces and permanent retainers)
• Not claustrophobic
Study visits are up to 3 hours long and take place at Boston Children’s Hospital in Waltham. Parking is free.
Volunteers will be compensated up to $120 for their time and receive a picture of their brain.
By volunteering, participants will be contributing to important medical research on the possible causes of chronic pain in affected children and adolescents.
