In his new position as Executive Managing Director, Brad will serve as the single point of contact for builder and developer clients and will oversee all research, sales and marketing efforts for each development project, from conception to closing.
Brad is the former president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker The Condo Store and NRT Development Advisors and began his real estate career with a successful decade selling and marketing master planned golf course and resort communities. He is a member of the National Association of Homebuilders and the Urban Land Institute. He holds degrees in both in business and marketing from Florida State University.
