BEAUJOLAIS NOUVEAU TONIGHT AT PETIT ROBERT SOUTH END

PETIT ROBERT BISTRO CELEBRATES LAUNCH OF 2013 BEAUJOLAIS NOUVEAU NOVEMBER 21

Petit Robert Bistro will host their Annual Beaujolais Nouveau Festival on tonight, Thursday, November 21. The event will take place at the South End location at 480 Columbus Avenue and will begin at 6PM.

Celebrating the release of Beaujolais Nouveau has become a global tradition, with bars and restaurants around the world racing to be the first to serve the new wine that, according to French law, cannot be sold before midnight on the third Thursday of November. “Beaujolais Nouveau is bottled and sold just six to eight weeks after harvest,” said Chef Jacky Robert. “It’s young and light and can be paired so well with some of our favorite dishes.”
