More About Hayes Park
One of the South End's most stylish parks, Hayes Park is located at the corner of Warren Avenue and West Canton Street. Built in 1970, the park was redesigned in 1987 and has since won several awards for design. The space, meticulously cared for by the Friends of Hayes Park, is centered around a large circular garden bed and shaded by 11 aristocrat pear trees. Off to the side is a good-sized playground with a play structure and a sand pit.
