The Salty Pig and Coda Bar & Kitchen will each put on their best brunch display on Sunday, December 9th. Each restaurant will donate a portion of their proceeds to their charity of choice. The restaurant that serves up the most bacon during brunch service wins the coveted Crown of Pork – a crown made entirely of bacon.
Support your favorite dining destination with the Benevolent Brunch Battle between dueling sister restaurants, The Salty Pig and Coda. Each location will lure customers to their respective spots with brunch menus to satisfy every craving. Executive Chef Daniel Bitler of Coda will be serving Eggs Benedict with homemade buttermilk biscuits and house cured Canadian bacon, Pecan Encrusted French Toast and more, while Executive Chef Kevin O’Donnell is looking forward to treating Salty Pig guests to Duroc Pork Hash with two eggs over easy and bacon braised greens and Pecan Sticky Buns among other delicious plates.
The Salty Pig is raising funds for Lovin’ Spoonfuls and Coda is supporting Room To Grow.
