The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center only did an environmental review in 2012. The Mass CEC missed Read Morethe massive ground array around the antenna. Cranes & trains can exceed 4000 pounds per square foot on the ground. This is what happens when appointed state officials run construction jobs

So, much like the Mass CEC's epic failure to predict the acoustic reality for industrial windRead Moreprojec ts (they commissioned wind industry consultants, using rate payer funds, that provided pre-construction reports filled with errors and omissions) - are you saying that for the New Bedford Marine Terminal the Mass CEC, who apparently has no oversight or accountability, has again totally screwed up the Pre-construction vetting process using, once again, rate-payer funds? Example: Pre-construction acoustical report for Kingston's Independence turbine indicated a likely noise increase of approximately 3dB(A). The recent release of a post construction acoustic report indicates an increase of approximately 16dB(A) with the 2MW turbine operating at HALF POWER! What professional consultant provided the orginial report and what ramification is there for misleading local town officials to believe that the impacts to come would be minimal to non-existent? The Mass CEC is bleeding Ma electric rate-payers and using the blood money for wind projects that end up destroying the health and welfare, as well as trampling on Private property rights, of Massachusetts residents. The Mass CEC's wind division should be dragged into a courtroom real fast for misuse of Ma electric rate-payer funds and also for the abuse of the health and welfare of those Ma residents that have suffered as a result of the negligence! The Mass CEC has had the opportunity to admit to and recognize the errors of their hired consultant's reports and the real impacts to Mass residents BUT in the face of the known harm they continue to fund activities to deny and push back on the realities in play...yes, time for the "C" word....

I believe the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center needs to be brought up under the federal RICO ActRead Morela ws. The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) is a federal law designed to combat organized crime in the United States. The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center & Massachusetts Secretary Richard K. Sullivan Jr. convinced the bonding committee of the Massachusetts state legislature to bond the building of the New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal telling the bonding committee that Cape Wind would use New Bedford- All along the Mass CEC & Massachusetts Secretary Richard K. Sullivan Jr. have known since 2010 that Cape Wind is NOT permitted to use New Bedford. Governor Patrick & the news media are all aware of the federal permits for Quonset Point, Rhode Island WHY IS THE NEWS MEDIA PROTECTING THESE PEOPLE ???

The cranes are more than adequate for the 3.6 megawatt gear driven wind turbines ordered by CapeRead MoreWin d.
