If you are talking high-speed internet, a Boston start-up NetBlazer is working in the area. I've talked to the founder and he's a good guy with a good service. You need line of sight to other transmitters for the service to work though -- there are many transmitters around the neighborhood and he tells me they will soon have more.

Question: I have lived in the south end for a couple of months now (right next to coppa). I haven't really tried the bars much in the south end. What are the hidden gems in the south end for bars? (cheap beer, good people)
