New Steakhouse Slated for Former Ginger Park/Banq Space: Brian Piccini, the co-owner of dbar in Dorchester and Deuxave in Back Bay, has leasedthe former Ginger Park/Banq space at 1375 Washington St., the corner of Washington and Union Park Streets, and intends to open a steakhouse there for his third Boston restaurant, according to a Union Park Neighborhood Association email.
