Updates from the Polls:
5 p.m. - City announces 38.25 percent of registered voters had voted by 3 p.m.
3 p.m. - City announces 26.25 percent of registered voters had voetd by noon.
2 p.m. - Talked to voters outside of the Franklin Institute. Hear what they had to say here.
1 p.m. - City announces that 15 percent of voters had voted by 9 a.m.
12:30 p.m. - Still a 90+ minute wait time at the Ward 5, Precinct 1 polling location at the Franklin Insitute on Berkeley Street.
9:13 a.m. - Lines still out the door at Warren Ave polling location.
9 a.m. - Long lines still reported at Cathedral High School.
9:30 a.m. - Huge line reported at the Franklin Institute. Voters wrap around the block waiting in the cold.
7 a.m. - Long lines reported outside of polling station at Cathedral High School. An estimated 250-300 people stood in line as the doors opened on Tuesday morning.
