Pet of the Week: Meow Meow the Calico Cat

You can adopt Meow Meow from the Animal Rescue League of Boston in the South End.

Looking to adopt a pet? Now up for adoption at the Animal Rescue League of Boston is Meow Meow.

If Meow Meow was named for her personality, her name would be Purr Purr! Meow Meow is an 8-year-old spayed female cat. She is a very friendly girl who just wants to hang out with you. She will greet you with a big meow and rub against you when you get home. She is "next-to" cat who will love to sit by you to watch TV at night. She is a mellow girl, but also has a playful side and likes furry mousie toys and her cardboard scratcher. This special lady is hyperthyroid, a conditions that is easily managed. Her thyroid condition requires that she get a small pill twice a day, and she is a very good girl for her medication. While Meow Meow has not lived with other animals, she did not even hiss when she saw her foster family's other cats and dog, so she may do OK with another mellow pet. She would do best in a quiet home. Come meet Meow Meow today!
