Police: Man Caught Breaking Into Pembroke Street Car

Police arrested 38-year-old Marc Ross Sunday night.

A 38-year-old man who was allegedly breaking into a car on Pembroke Street Sunday night was caught in the act by Boston Police officers.

Marc Ross, of Boston, was charged with breaking and entering into a motor vehicle.

At about 9:25 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, officers allegedly observed Ross breaking into a car on Pembroke Street. He was leaning inside the car and rummaging through various items, according to the officers.

After Ross saw the officers approaching, he began to walk away from the vehicle, police said.

Once the officers stopped Ross, they found several cards in his hand.

He was subsequently arrested.
