Five Things, April 24: Birth of La Femme

Here are five things going on around town today.

1. Weather: The National Weather Service predicts a rainy morning which will turn into a sunny day with a high of 68. There is a chance of rain in the evening with a low of 48.

2. Again! Introduction to Tango: Crash Course level 1 Learn the foundation in one eve! It was a blast and we are offering it again for those of you who missed it!! If you have never danced any tango before please take the Level One Tango Crash Course.

3. Country/Western Dancing for GLBTQ and Friends: You can lead or follow as we dance our way through three hours of two-step, swing, shadow, waltz, and line dancing to contemporary artists like Brad Paisley, Carrie Underwood, and Lady Antebellum (plus some surprises!)

4. Zumba® Class: The Z Spot is Boston's 1st studio dedicated to Zumba® Fitness. We offer exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance classes that will help you get in shape while having a good time. 

5. Birth of La Femme: Jazz at Wally's Cafe: Breaking away from industry stereotypes, Birth of La Femme is a platform for female musicians to showcase their talent based on skill and ability.
