Third Annual Happy Tails Celebration
Honoring All Animals Adopted This Year

Boston, Mass. – The Animal Rescue League of Boston will be hosting its third annual Happy Tails Celebration on Sunday, July 15, 2012 from 11 am to 3 pm at its Chandler Street location. The event will honor all of the animals adopted from the League this past year.

Guests are welcome to bring their dogs to the celebration. Your four-footed friends can strike a pose with our professional pet photographer and sample special canine-friendly treats from local vendors.

Our human guests can enjoy fun summer music, sample food from popular South End establishments and enter raffles for tickets to the Huntington Theatre, brunch at Top of the Hub and exclusive autographed memorabilia by hit artists such as Coldplay and Lady Antebellum and others.

Last but not least, you can meet our two special pet ambassadors: Toto, the tiniest survivor of the 2011 Brimfield tornado and star of the popular children’s book Toto the Tornado Kitten at a special book signing with author Jonathan Hall and Lilly - the hero Pit Bull who pulled her unconscious owner out of the way of an oncoming train. Having both been originally adopted from the League, Lilly and Toto will serve as the event’s ambassadors because they symbolize the importance of pets in our lives.

There is a $20 suggested donation for all that attend.
