NEW SPECIALTY GROCER TO OPEN IN BOSTON’S SOUTH END

Entrepreneur Steve Napoli Introduces Snap Top Market

(Burlington, MA; 08/07/2012)- Linear Retail Properties, LLC, announced today a lease signing with a new specialty grocer, Snap Top Market located at 303 Columbus Ave. in the Bryant Back Bay luxury condominium complex. The property is situated where the Back Bay meets the South End, between Clarendon and Dartmouth Streets. 

Snap Top Market is a new urban grocery concept created by Steve Napoli. Napoli is part of the “next generation” of the Napoli brothers who own Idylwilde Farms in Acton, Massachusetts. The market will offer fresh fruits and vegetables, gourmet sundries and a unique selection of New England seasonal favorites. Napoli will leverage his many years of experience as a produce buyer to source the best tasting produce available. Snap Top Market will join Urban Grape, a modern boutique wine store that will soon occupy the other adjacent retail space at The Bryant.  These two neighborhood retailers plan to open by the Fall of 2012. Linear Retail purchased the two retail condominiums in July 2012.
